•Responsible for establishing and implementation of overall HR planning, employee career development and related regulations.
负责公寓人力资源的规划、员工职业生涯的设计、相关规章制度的建立、执行等工作。
•Responsible for ensuring company culture is implemented and organized. Plan and execute staff events related to the overall well-being of employees.
负责公寓文化建设、贯彻、落实,员工文化生活的活跃、员工活动的举办等工作。
•Responsible for hotel training plan and the implementation of various training activities.
负责公寓培训计划的实施以及各项培训活动的开展。
•Responsible for Human Resources performance appraisal and Compensation & benefits system.
负责人力资源绩效考核以及薪金体系的完善工作。
•To control and mange staff hiring according to annual budget and adjust optimally to meet business goals.
控制管理员工的录用,确保不超过人员编制和预算。.
•Responsible for overall team building, implement strategies to maximize staff retention and service quality.
负责公寓员工队伍的建设工作,尽最大努力稳定员工队伍。
•Responsible for HR team building.
负责人力资源部团队的建设工作。
•Responsible for quality inspection and cooperate actively with the operation departments to achieve quality goals.
负责公寓的质量检查工作,积极配合运营部门创立最佳的经济效益。
•Build and maintain beneficial working relationships with local government departments and training institutions.
负责与当地政府部门、培训机构建立良好的合作关系。
•Implement and ensure that relevant laws, regulations and policies of local government are adhered to at all times.
落实当地政府相关的法规、政策。
•Responsible for management of HR and training, staff restaurant, staff locker room maintenance as well as work safety.
负责公寓的人力资源、培训、员工餐厅、员工更衣室的日常管理及安全管理工作。
•Responsible for overall coordination and production of HR related administrative works.
负责相关人力资源的报表统计工作。
•To undertake any other duties or tasks that are assigned by the General Manger.
完成总经理交代的其他事宜。
REQUIREMENTS:
任职要求:
•Bachelor’s degree or above, solid working knowledge in human resources, psychology, hotel management, fluency in English is an advantage.
大学本科以上学历,具有人力资源、心理学、酒店知识,英语流利。
•In good Physical health and spirit. Able to work well under pressure and organized.
身体健康,工作精神饱满。 有较强的心理素质,能承受一定工作压力。
•3 years working experience in internationally managed star rated hotels at the same position.
具有高星级酒店同等职位工作经验三年以上。
•Have working experience in training skill.
具有相当的培训经验和培训水平。
•Familiar with and with proven experience working with local labour laws and regulations.
熟悉当地的劳动法律法规,并能熟练运用。
