We are currently looking for a Service Associate –  Finance Trainee to join our Finance team.
 
Summary
 
The Finance Trainee shall assist the Financial Officer in completing his work, handling and managing documents, handling letters and other work assigned by the financial officer or manager. As well as all kinds of documents sent and received , registered, read and signed, clearance, sorted, archived and confidentiality work.
 
Requirements
 
- College or above degree, financial related major is preferred
- High proficiency in computer operation
- Has pro-active working attitude, pay attention to details
- Team player, has good communication & interpersonal skills
- Has good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English

工作概述
 
财务实习生需协助财务主管完成其工作，处理及管理文档，处理信件并完成由财务主管或经理分派的其它工作。以及各类文件的收发、登记、阅签、清退、整理、归档、保密工作。
 
岗位要求
 
- 大专及以上文凭，财务相关专业优先考虑
- 熟练操作电脑办公软件
- 工作认真自信，积极主动
- 具有良好的团队合作能力和较强的责任心
- 良好的沟通及表达能力
- 英语书写能力和表达能力
