1:To ensure a smooth and professional service in the assigned section.

2:To oversee more than one section and supervise the waiters & runners.

3:To oversee and manage an above average quality service standard.

4:To observe daily conditions of all physical facilities & areas of the operation.
   观察以及监督餐厅设备设施的使用情况
5:To report defects, breakages & other areas of repair to the Restaurant Manager.
   向餐厅经理汇报每日的缺失，破损，以及餐厅区域的维修情况
任职要求：
1:Basic command in English
   基本日常英文交流
2:Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant and/or 5 Star Hotel
  有高端餐厅或者五星级酒店工作经验
3:Able to work in flexible shifts
  可以适用各种灵活班次
4.college degree above
   大专学历以上
