岗位职责：
1、负责包间、散客接待工作，为客人提供高效优质服务；
2、有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的工作计划；
3、保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉；
4、做好上传下达，协调与其他部门的工作；
5、完成部门领导安排的其他工作；
6、做好基层员工的岗位服务培训工作。
任职资格：
1、中专以上文化程度，身高165CM以上，形象气质佳；
2、熟悉管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
