Assist Training Manager to coordinate and conduct all kinds of training available in the Hotel and perform training
administration duties.
协助培训经理组织、实施酒店的各种培训课程及其他行政职责。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. Assist Training Manager to supervise all Departmental training and enhance improvement of guest service;
协助培训经理监督各部门培训,致力于提高各部门的服务质量;
2. Co-ordinate and prepare for New hire and co-ordinate orientation;
组织、安排、实施新员工入店培训;
3. Obtain feedback from employees after training;
培训后收集学员的反馈;
4. Assist Department Trainers in monitoring training & follow up on evaluation;
协助部门培训员督导培训,并贯彻评估;
5. Assist Department Trainers in identifying problems and developing solutions to reduce guest complaints;
协助部门培训员发现并解决问题以减少客人投诉;
6. Communicate and co-ordinate with other Departments for the list of participants for all kinds of training in the hotels;
联络并协调其他部门员工参加各种在酒店内的培训;
7. Co-ordinate and follow up with Banquet Department for booking of function rooms as training venues especially for the management training;
与宴会部联系预订、安排培训教室事宜并随时跟进,尤其注意为管理层安排的培训;
8. Responsible for room set-up;
负责培训教室的摆台;
9. Maintain proper training database of all training programs & details;
负责收集、保存所有适当的培训数据;
10. Raise payments for external program;
为外聘培训活动做酬金申请;
11. Assist in preparing Monthly Training Reports;
协助制做月度培训报表;
12. Prepare Monthly Training Calendar;
为月度培训计划做准备;
13. Assist Monitor Training Budget by preparing monthly training expenses report;
协助制作培训花费报表以用于监控培训预算的使用;
14. Maintain the store rooms and book/video library in good order;
负责保管、整理培训资料;
15. Maintain proper records for loan of books/videos and update library listing;
保存培训资料借用情况并更新资料目录;
16. Ensure that training materials are properly kept and maintained;
确保培训资料得到适当的管理和维护;
17. Develop training aids;
开发培训教具;
18. Assist Training Manager to conduct generic and English training;
协助培训经理讲授集团及酒店要求的课程及英语培训课程;
19. Responsible for placing orders for external training course materials;
负责协调外来培训的接待及准备工作;
20. Attend Regular Training Officials Meetings;
出席培训官会议;
21. Discuss evaluation feedback & make suggestions to improve future training;
参与培训的“评估反馈”工作并为提高培训质量提出建议;
22. Prepare Trainer aids which should include: laptop, LCD projector, and so on;
准备培训设施,包括笔记本电脑、投影仪等;
23. Cross train at the Personnel Section & be familiar with the duties;
了解人事部的其他运作职能;
24. Oversee maintenance and proper handling of equipment;
维护、管理好培训设备;
25. Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area;
及时向有关部门报告设备故障和维修需要;
26. Ensure that training materials are properly kept and maintained;
确保培训教材正确保存和维护;
27. Attend scheduled training activities;
参加部门安排的各项培训活动;
28. Participate actively in company-initiated employee activities;
积极参与酒店组织的员工活动;
29. Adhere to and enforce the specific hygiene and grooming standards of the hotel;
贯彻执行酒店规定的仪容仪表规范;
30. Adhere and enforce set rules and procedures of the Hotel;
贯彻执行酒店的各项规章制度和工作程序;
31. Participate in environmental activities;
参与环保活动;
32. Reduce waste supplies and materials by recycling or selling; conserve water and energy by adhering to environmental / energy conservation checklist;
用回收再利用的方法降低成本消耗,依照能源节约守则做到节约用水及其它能源;
33. Models the practices and encourages the use of guiding principles in day to day interaction.
以身作则,在日常工作中积极贯彻指导原则的指导思想。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格
1. 1 year experience in a similar capacity or 1 year experience in a Hotel or 1 year teaching experience.
一年相关工作经验、一年酒店工作经验或一年教学经验
2. Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通话及英语的口语和写作能力
3. Positive attitude/role model Initiative
态度端正/有以身作则的意识
4. Customer Service Oriented

5. Good interpersonal skills
