职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

 

1. Fulfill various fundamental / supervisory tasks within Beverage & Food Division, as assigned by the respective department head. Participate in at least one special project and be involved in all aspects of the division's daily operation.

在各部门负责人指定的饮食部分部内完成各种基础/监督任务。 至少参加一个特别项目,参与该部门日常运作的各个环节。

2. Steps forward to address difficult issues and guides others toward the accomplishment of identified, meaningful goals

向前迈进,解决困难问题,引导他人实现既定的有意义的目标。

3. Ensures that all work is completed effectively; monitors the progress of work against schedules and budgets

确保所有工作都有效完成; 根据时间表和预算监测工作进度。

4. Fosters relationships and works cooperatively in teams

促进团队合作关系和作品。

5. Indentifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy. Marketing and upselling strategies especially for the Chinese Restaurant.

发掘新的或现有市场以达到销售策略



OPERATIONS

1.To know the Hotel inside in and out with all details such as Hotel designer company name, artists name for artefacts’, LHG Brands, Hotel facts and details, product description, F&B Concepts, OE (Operation Equipment) details and Unique selling points, used in each department.

熟知酒店各部门的信息例如酒店设计公司名称,艺术家的艺术品,朗廷品牌,酒店详细介绍,餐饮理念,产品说明,设施细节及独特的销售卖点。

2.Be part and drive F&B promotions along side with F&B Manager from organization to delivery of the same

同餐饮各部门经理一起自始参与餐饮推广

3. Be aware of guest complaints and personally get involved if necessary.

了解客人的投诉,如有必要能亲自解决

4. During operating hours be on the floor to improve service level as well attend and solve on the spot guest complains as well as review procedures.

营运时间需在前线提高服务水平,解决客人投诉,检查服务流程

 

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

 

1. Education 教育学历

Minimum undergraduate college

至少为本科学校毕业。

 

2. Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知识

Demonstrated good technical knowledge of restaurant operations.

具备优秀的专业的餐厅运营知识。

Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.

有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。

Demonstrated strong work ethic.

具备和实现优秀的职业道德。

Demonstrated great hospitality skills and sensitivity to guest needs.

良好的服务待客技巧预知客人的需求。

 

3. Computer Knowledge 电脑知识

Knowledge of MS office software, worked with Micros, and major operating systems

会使用微软办公软件,Micros, 及主要营运系统

 

4. Language Proficiency 语言能力

Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

具备优秀的英语和普通话表达能力。
