职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

 

· Directly responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

直接全面负责整个餐厅,保证餐厅营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上

· Responsible for maintain the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.

有责任去保障所有同事的福利,培训和资源,只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。

· Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

通过增加更多的收益和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。

 

OPERATIONS运营

 

· Periodically market food promotions with Executive Chinese Chef to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

与中餐总厨做定期市场食品促销活动,以提高客户满意度并增加销售收入。

·  Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting/sales techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

参考历史纪录和销售预测系统来制定一份可行的部门年度指标。

·  Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & beverage production.

正确的预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和饮料制作。



HUMAN RESOURCES人力资源

 

· Develop and implement management training plans for subordinate managers & supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with Human Resource Department.

与人力资源部合作,为下属经理和主管制定管理培训计划并及时实施。

· Be responsible for the execution of all colleague performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.

以专业的工作精神和眼光,审核同事的工作成绩。

· Be responsible for all aspects of colleague management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the Director of F & B/Manager.

与餐饮部经理和总监一起负责招聘同事,贯彻酒店规章制度。


Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。

 

MARKETING市场推广


· Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet.

协助发展和完成销售计划,扩大部门的市场占有率。

· Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.

每个季度要熟悉竞争者的市场并加以分析。

 

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

 

Experience 经验

· Minimum 5 years restaurant operations experience, at least 2 year management experience.

五年餐厅工作经验和至少有两年以上的餐厅管理经验。
