·         Supervision of Room Attendants.
管理客房服务员的工作。
·         Liaise with Housekeeping Coordinator to implement daily requests and action any new requests from Langham Touch throughout the day.
与客房部协调员沟通联络以便对任何一个客人通过总机提出的新要求作相关回应。
·         Attend to the delivery of special amenities according to the guest preference states in the profile.
通过客人历史档案，根据宾客的个人喜好在客房摆放特殊的用品。
·         Liaise with other departments on behalf of the guest and follow up to ensure all requests have been actioned to the guest’s satisfaction.
代表客人和其他部门联络，确保他们的要求都被执行以期得到客人的满意。
·         Maintain the cleanliness of the working stations.
保持工作间的整洁。
·         Reporting of maintenance, via the phone or on a request docket.
通过电话或者维修工程记录来报告设备保养。
·         Undertake daily room checks of all VIP guest rooms, Long Staying Guests, non-self checking Room Attendants and spot checks of Room Attendants who are self checking when it applies.
承担每日VIP宾客房间检查，常住客人的房间以及非自查服务员所做房间的检查，以及自查服务员所做的房间的抽查。
·         Report accidents and damages promptly to the Housekeeping Coordinator. Ensure the required paperwork is completed immediately.
及时向客房部协调员报告事故和损坏情况，并且确保及时填写相关记录。
·         Explain and promote hotel facilities and services whenever possible.
在需要的时候向客人解释和促销酒店的设施和服务。
Ensure that all colleagues comply with the      grooming and uniform Standards
确保所有同事按照仪容仪表和工作制服的相关标准工作。
Take personal responsibility to all the floor      master keys are used under control and conduct spot check on regular      basis.
承担楼层万能钥匙在可控情况下使用的责任，并且定时抽查。
·         Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
在工作区域内遵守相关健康和安全的工作须知。
·         Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures. Ensure all of them are in line with the brand standard and quality assurance requirement.
遵守所有酒店规章制度，确保所有的工作都与品牌的标准和质量保证为标准线。
·         Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and colleagues alike.
关心宾客和关爱同事从而营造积极地工作环境。
·         Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
 
Education 教育学历
Certificate      / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management
酒店管理证书、文凭、学位
 
Experience 经验
Three      years related working experience in hotel, at least 1 year in similar      capacity.
三年相关的酒店工作经验，至少一年相关职位经验
