1. Major responsibilities 主要职责
- Advise, propose and recommend systems and procedures to enhance performance and teamwork and ensuring a harmonious colleague relation’s climate

- Ensure all the policies and procedures are in line with current Hotel guidelines and local and government legislation

- Ensure all colleague benefits, colleague facilities and entitlements are well maintained and administered timely and accurately
确保所有员工福利、员工设施和各项权利得到及时准确的管理和妥善维护
- Coordinate with Department Heads in ensuring colleague commitment to company rules and policies
与部门经理协调以确保员工遵循公司规章制度
- Ensure all colleagues records are updated, complete and accurate, including the HRMIS system
确保包括人力资源管理信息系统在内的所有员工纪录更新及时、完整准确
- Maintain and update of HR manual, policy and procedures and job descriptions
维护和更新人力资源手册、政策规章及职位说明
- Coordinate the Annual Performance Review with all departments
与各部门协调年度绩效评估
- Assist in preparation of HR monthly reports
协助制作人力资源部月度报告
- Investigate colleague disciplinary cases and conduct disciplinary meetings (general staff level) with concerned colleagues and department heads.
调查员工违纪个案,与相关员工(普通员工级)及其部门经理进行违纪面谈
- Responsible for all working visa, working permit, residence permit and other related documents including the new application /annual renew/ transfer / cancellations.
负责所有工作签证/就业证/居留许可等其他相关文件的新申办/年度更新/调转/注销事宜
- Responsible for the monthly payroll and all related documents
负责每月工资关账及相关报表
- Responsible for the new enrolment and transfer out of the monthly social insurance and housing fund and update the related reports to Finance
负责每月社会保险及公积金的转入及转出,并更新报表至财务部
- Responsible for the monthly update and annual service renew of the other colleague extra insurance
负责员工其它额外保险的每月更新及年度服务续签相关事宜
- Responsible for the tracking of monthly probation review and employment contract renew
负责每月试用期及劳动合同续签事宜跟进
- Responsible for all annual based adjustment from local governments regarding the social insurance and housing fund based pay and average salary declaration.
负责本地政府规定的年度社会保险及公积金年度基数调整和平均工资申报事宜。
- Conduct exit interview for supervisory level and below
与主管级及以下员工进行离职面谈
- Conduct HR related surveys such as salary and benefits competitor surveys
进行与人力资源相关的调查,如竞争对手工资福利调查
- Handle and investigate all work injury cases and liaise with related department within Hotel and government department
处理和调查所有工伤个案,联系酒店相关部门及政府部门
- Attend any legal labour cases
处理任何劳动法律纠纷
- Coordinate with government officials and external consultants such as labour bureau, district health control centre, health and education committee board, company lawyer, local tourism schools and universities, etc
与劳动局、区疾病控制中心、卫生和教育委员会、公司律师、当地旅游学校和大学等政府官员及外部顾问联系协调
- Conduct Orientation Program
开展入职培训
- Liaise with HRMIS vendor for system set up and all system configuration issues to ensure the system is running smoothly
与人力资源管理信息系统供应商联系系统设置和一切系统编排问题,以确保该系统顺利运作
- Conduct HRMIS system training for subordinates and other related colleagues
为下属员工和其他相关员工进行人力资源软件系统培训
- Counsel and motivate subordinates in work related matters
在工作中指导和激励下属员工
- Planning on HR staff annual leave and compensation off applications
规划人力资源部员工的年假和补假申请
- Assist in preparation & action of HR activities.
协助人力资源部员工活动的准备及现场执行工作
- Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
Requirements 职位要求
1. Mandatory 必备要求
- Diploma/Certificate / Bachelor in Human Resources / Hotel Management discipline
人力资源或酒店管理专业证书或文凭学历
- At least 3-8 years in Human Resources field.
至少3-8年人事领域工作经验
- Experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry
服务业工作经验,酒店行业优先
- Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures
熟悉本地劳动法及相关程序
- Good communication skills
良好的沟通技巧
- Good connection with local government officials
与当地政府官员关系良好
- Knowledge of HRMIS system

- Basic training skills

- Experience in handling labour union
