PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
 
·         To follow up the hotel purchasing policy and procedures when carrying out all purchases.
在日常采购工作中严格遵循酒店采购政策及程序。
·         To obtain three competitive quotes from suppliers to minimize cost to hotel.
确保酒店成本最小化，任何采购需提供三家有竞争力的报价。
·         Conduct interviews with suppliers to obtain information, specification, and quotation, on any items required.
会晤供应商以确保获得相关产品之规格、价格等信息。
·         Placing orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirements and trace outstanding orders to ensure operational needs are met.
向供应商下订单，确保及时交货以满足酒店要求，追踪未完成项目，催促交货以满足营运需要。
·         Settle the necessary payment according to the negotiated credit period.
根据协商的付款周期结款。
·         Conduct the market survey to understand the market trend and the price fluctuation trend.
进行市场调查以了解市场及价格浮动趋势。
·         Ensure the safety of petty cash.
保证备用金的安全。
·         Collect the Market List quotation at the regular intervals.
定期收集汇总市场更新的采购报价。
·         Contact with the related government departments as Animal & Plants Inspection, Wine & Tobacco Monopoly and The Customs etc. to declare the necessary procedures.
与动物植物检疫、酒类及烟草专卖、海关等政府部门接洽，履行及跟进有关手续。
·         Practice GSS.
贯彻客户满意标准。
·         Participate in all training programs required unless with approval from direct supervisor that allows absence based on a valid reason.
必须参加酒店安排的培训。只有在得到直接上司的批准且理由合理的情况下才可以请假不参加培训。
·         As one of the members of a 5-star luxury hotel, you are required to keep up in line with the guideline of the hotel grooming standards.
作为高端五星级酒店的同事，您必须遵守酒店仪容仪表所规定的条款。
 
Perform any duties as assigned by management that deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
