Assists with the smooth day to day running of theLocker Room facilities and ensures that the Spa / Club is kept at the highestpossible standard of cleanliness.
协助储物室设施操作流畅,确保水疗中心/健身会所保持最高可能的洁净水平。
PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Day toDay Management and Training日常管理和训练
· Follow theSpa operating procedures and provide feedback to the Senior Attendant in orderto fine tune the standards where applicable.
按照水疗中心操作步骤工作,并给高级服务员给予意见反饋,从而适当的微调相关标准。
· Greet Guests in accordance with thebrand standards, escort them to their locker; robe, slippers and towels andexplain the wet facilities.
按照品牌标准迎接客人,陪同客人前往对方的储物室位置;给客人安排浴袍、拖鞋和毛巾,并解说湿区设施。
· Escort the Guest to the spa waitingarea; ready for the Therapist to greet them as per the spa journey.
将客人指引至水疗等候区,由理疗师依照水疗历程来接待客人。
· Farewell Guests in accordance with thebrand standards at the end of their visit prior to returning to the SpaReception.
在客人从储物室返回水疗中心接待处以前,按照品牌标准跟客人道别。
· Monitor consumable stock on a dailybasis and assist with the orderson a weekly basis.
每天监督耗材存货,每星期帮忙安排订购补充。
· Be competent in Spa / Club productknowledge and enter each session on your Training Record.
对水疗中心/健身会所产品的知识抱持信心,发挥您训练记录上所列的每项技能。
· Follow the standard locker room set upand spa journey.
跟随储物室标准布置和水疗之旅要求。
· To be fully aware of the daily treatmentbooking schedule and to keep updated with any changes throughout the day.
全面了解日常的疗程预订时间表,整天不时知悉任何相关改动。
· Ensure thatyou take your break at the scheduled time and as agreed with Spa Reception.
确保您按照跟水疗中心接待处议定的时间休息。
· Check the out of hours deep cleaning ofthe Spa / Club on a daily basis and report any issues to the Senior Attendant.
每天查看水疗中心/健身会所营业时间以外的深度清洁情况,如果发现任何事宜,立即跟高级服务员汇报。
· Ensure thehygiene and cleanliness of the Spa is maintained on a day to day basis.Strictly monitor each area of the Spa / Club and complete the daily cleaningschedules.
确保水疗中心每天维持高度的卫生和整洁水平。严格监督水疗中心/健身会所每个区域,完成日常清洁时间表。
· Monitor the consumption and usage of allLocker Room amenities and replenish accordingly.
监督所有储物室用品的消耗量和使用情况,适时加以补充。
· Collect all used towels / linen andre-stock with clean.
收集所有用过的毛巾/布单,并重新添上洁净的毛巾/布单备用。
· Ensure adequate supply of cold towelsand serve them as directed.
确保冷毛巾供应充足,并按指示给客人奉上。
· Count all used towels / linen and fillout the laundry control sheets prior to sending to the Hotel laundry.
计算所有用过的毛巾/布单数目,在送交酒店洗衣部门以前,填写洗衣控制表。
· Ensure sufficient clean towels / linenis available in the Spa / Club and collect from the Hotel Laundry on a dailybasis.
确保水疗中心/健身会所备有足够的清洁毛巾/布单使用,并每天从酒店洗衣部门领取清洗洁净的部分。
· Ensure all brand standards; use of Guestname, Guest Comfort, Guest Refreshment etc. is constantly trained and monitorsto achieve the highest level of service.
确保不断接受所有品牌标准的训练,并加以监控;包括客人称呼、客人舒适度和休息安排等,从而达到最高的服务水平。
Communication沟通
· Maintainclear lines of communication with the Spa Operations Manager and other key departments within the Hotel andSpa.
跟川水疗营运经理和酒店与水疗中心其他主要部门维持清晰的沟通脉络。
· Attend HotelMeetings as required.
按照需要,出席酒店和各个部门会议。
· Complete adetailed handover at the end of each shift either verbally or via the handoverdiary.
在每个值班结束时,透过口头或填写工作移交日志,完成详细的工作移交程序。
· Attend theSpa / Club daily briefing as required.
按照需要,出席水疗中心/健身会所每天简报会议。
Market Intelligence市场情报
· Keep up todate with the industry best practices and latest treatments / services in themarket place.
掌握有关行业最佳守则,以及市场最新疗程/服务的信息。
Human Resource Development人力资源发展
· Participatein tradetests for Therapist 2nd interviews if required (treatment modelonly).
如有需要,参与理疗师第二轮面试的技能测试环节(担当接受疗程人士而已)。
Other其他
· Report forduty punctually and wearing the correct uniform and name badge.
准时上班,穿上正确的制服和配戴显示名字的胸牌。
· Maintain ahigh standard of personal appearance and hygiene in line with the Hotels anddepartment grooming standards.
维持高水平的个人外表和卫生,贯彻酒店和部门的打扮标准。
· Apply acourteous and professional approach towards Guest and team members at all timesand be highly visible around the Spa.
任何时候,以有礼和专业的模式对待酒店住客和同事,并容易在水疗中心看见您的踪影。
· Maintainclient and company confidentiality, ensuring all business dealings or personaldetails are not discussed with outside parties.
维持客人和公司机密,确保不跟他人讨论所有业务往来或个人资料。
· Ensure allmaintenance issues are reported.
汇报所有维护事项。
· Inform theSpa Operations Manager or Director of Spa ofany medical conditions or behaviour of Guests.
给水疗中心营运经理或水疗中心总监知会客人任何医疗状况或行为。
· Ensure theSpa / Club age policy is adhered to in particular wet facilities.
确保能坚守水疗中心/健身会所的年龄政策,尤其是湿区的设施。
· Check andmaintain the Spa ambiance is in line with brand standards throughout the day.
整天检查和维持水疗中心的气氛,务求贯彻品牌标准。
Health and Safety 健康和安全
· Be fully aware of the Hotel Health andSafety policy and Fire Procedures.
全面了解酒店健康和安全政策,以及消防程序。
· Adhere to health and safety requirementsby using safe working practices at all times.
在任何时候也采用安全的工作守则,紧守健康和安全要求。
Performany duties assigned by the Management that deemednecessary.
