1、知晓每一位客人的到来,确保及时记录和处理所有顾客点单；
2、核对客户需求,清洁餐桌,提供和合理推荐菜单中食物(熟悉菜单来做出食物过敏建议),在整个用餐过程中保 持优质的服务规范,并处理客人的其他相关要求；
3、积极销售并推荐菜单中菜式,在合适情况下增加销售收入,提高每个客人人均消费额；
4、及时向客人收款,确保所有营业额准确记录并与所收钱款一致；
5、确保所有钱款安全保管,并在轮班结束后准确清帐；
6、确保负责区域与工作区域时刻保持干净、整洁、物品摆放整齐；
7、根据需要,承担下方各项关于招待、外卖、饮料、甜点、咖啡服务的职责；
8、支持餐厅前厅团队服务标准的执行；
9、使用合理工具和设备支持餐厅前厅团队的培训；
10、确保所有餐厅运营系统和流程的有效执行、及时更新,并且所有员工循规操作,以达到公司指定要求；
11、承担下方各项高级服务员的相关职责；
12、对餐厅及其特定区域的法律许可情况有很好的了解。
任职要求
 
1、有至少1年在西餐厅相关的工作经验;
2、使用合理工具和设备支持餐厅前厅团队的培训；
3、良好的沟通能力，良好的英语交流能力；
4、出色的个人卫生和自我呈现能力；
5、具有风趣、诚实和勤奋的工作态度；
6、工作努力、积极，能够高标准完成日常工作。
 
Responsibilities
 
1、By acknowledging every guest on arrival ensuring orders are taken promptly and queries dealt with
2、By maintaining excellent service standards, throughout the meal, by checking back with guests, clearing tables, offering and recommending menu items (displaying good menu knowledge to advise on allergies) and dealing with other guest requirements
3、By actively selling and recommending menu items, where appropriate, to increase sales and drive average spend per head (ASPH)
4、By taking payment from guests promptly, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and the correct money is exchanged
5、By ensuring all monies are securely handled and accurately balanced at end of shift
6、By ensuring your section and working areas are kept clean, tidy, set and stocked up at all times
7、By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Host/Take Away/Drinks/Desserts/Coffee as required Standard
8、By supporting the implementation of company standards for front of house team
9、By using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for front of house team
10、By making sure all restaurant systems and processes are implemented, updated and followed by all team members to meet our standards
11、By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Senior Waiter
12、By having a good understanding of licensing laws relating to specific locations/restaurants
 
Requirements
 
1、At least 1yrs relevant experience in a Western restaurant
2、By using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for front of house team
3、Good communication skills and Good oral English skills
4、Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation
5、Fun, honest and hard-working attitude
6、Hard working, proactive, could finish daily work with high quality
