1.Implement the Marketing policies and procedures of the hotel and of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
执行酒店和温德姆集团市场销售政策和程序。
 
2. Maintain awareness of current and future competitors’ product, pricing and marketing programs so as to be in a position to proactively respond to market conditions.
确保时刻留意当前和将来竞争对手的产品，价格以及市场计划以便能够随时对市场情况做出相应的回应。
 
3.Establish and maintain accurate revenue forecasting procedures.Establish priorities and objectives for all Sales & Marketing functions, monitoring functions and adjusting resources as deemed necessary so as to develop marketing leadership and optimal productivity.
建立并执行完成准确的收入预算程序。建立对整个市场销售部的运行情况的主观权和客观权。合理的分配资源，发挥市场销售部的领导能力，使生产力最大化。
 
4.Stays current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of our programs i.e. Value Rate etc. through regular involvement with key accounts.
积极主动地制定一些特别计划去满足当前市场的需求，例如为定期客人以及重要客人特别制定的超值特惠房价计划等。
 
5.Personally handles key accounts in each of the hotel’s major contributing market segments.Actively gets involved with sales solicitation of major accounts.Conducts monthly account reviews with the Sales team.
亲自处理各个酒店的主要市场中的重要客户。积极取得主要客户的销售预案。每月与销售人员进行客户回顾。
 
6.Establish position descriptions, specifications and performance standards (PDR) for all   Marketing Division personnel within Wyndham Hotels and Resorts guidelines.
在温德姆集团指导原则基础上给销售人员制定职位描述，规范，以及员工行为标准.
 
7.Establish and implement training programs to improve performance and effectiveness of marketing personnel as guided by Wyndham group.
在酒店集团的指导下，制定并执行培训项目以确保提高市场销售部员工的业绩。
 
8.Director and coordinate the activities of the sales, catering, meeting services, reservations and communications staff to maximize and revenues.
管理和协调销售部，宴会及会议统筹部，预定部，公关部的员工，使我们的收入最大化。
 
9.Maintain accurate tracking of business sources and pattern to facilitate analysis of situations and development of plans.
确保生意来源准确性以方便我们分析现状及开拓计划。
 
10.Set objectives for, guide and manage the provision of advertising, publicity and promotional services called for in the Marketing Plan.Prepare and administer the Marketing budget and execute programs within the limits as outlined in the Profit plan.

11.Together with the DOS, Reservations Manager and Director of Events Management, regularly reviews all reports and use them as basis for developing strategies to address current and anticipated future market conditions.Conduct regular sales & marketing meetings.Conduct regular yield meetings.

12.Maintain active communication with and build teamwork amongst sales, catering, meeting services, communications and reservations personnel so as to achieve commitment to the
Overall Marketing objective of the hotel, and their role in achieving them.
保持销售部，宴会部及会议统筹部，公关部，预定部员工之间的积极沟通，建立良好协作关系，使他们能够完成自己的任务并且超额完成酒店的任务。
 
13.Maintain positive communications with corporate sales offices, other Wyndham properties, and Corporate Marketing resources.Develop open communication and close rapport with the General Manager.Conduct day to day business and internal / external relations on the basis of the Guiding Principles and a good example to all hotel staff.
