Technical Responsibilities
技术职责:
Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items, to ensure highest quality at all times.

Assist or execute inspections of physical aspect the food preparation areas.

Commercial Responsibilities

1. Attend to specific guests as required.

1. Conduct under the guidance of the Executive Chef, conduct such functions as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counselling, and suspension if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.

2. Develop formal training plans and conducts on the job training sessions for kitchen employees.

4. Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.

4. Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.
