1、结合新媒体平台特性（如抖音、小红书、视频号、携程、美团等），制定差异化销售策略（如直播带货、短视频引流转化、私域社群运营），并根据数据反馈（如点击率、复购率）优化方案。
2、对接新媒体平台（如达人、MCN 机构、平台官方），洽谈合作资源（如达人带货、平台活动报名），拓展销售渠道，提升品牌曝光与销量。
3、联动内容团队，确保销售内容（如产品短视频、直播脚本）符合用户需求与平台规则，实现 “内容引流 - 用户转化 - 复购留存” 的闭环。4、有酒旅赛道运营经验者优先、熟悉携程、美团、抖音来客后台、视频号第三方平台向蜜鸟/直客通、小红书专业号后台等。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，传媒、新闻、广告、互联网等相关专业，有3年以上新媒体相关的工作经验;通晓电商、抖音、小红书、美团、携程等平台运营、促销管理相关专业知识。
2、热爱新媒体运营，具有较强的运营管理、专题策划、信息采编整合能力；
3、有洞察力，每日追踪实时热门话题并捕捉其亮点，有娱乐精神，脑洞大，创意多；
4、有一定的审美素养，对拍摄、修图技能、视频剪辑技能掌握者优先；
5、良好团队合作精神，较强的执行力及责任心，独立思考能力，观察力和应变能力；
6、有新媒体运营经验者优先，具备项目运营能力者优先。
