D RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS责任与方法
·          Know well the job responsibilities. Comply with the standard operation procedures. Be responsible for the normal operation of the equipment.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 行政职责
·          Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid down by IHG and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
·          遵守并执行由洲际集团或酒店制定的各项规章制度，从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。
·          Perform special duties as required by the Fire Supervisor.
·          完成消防主管安排的工作和交办的其它工作。
·          TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES技术职责
·          Know well the standard operation of fire control center equipment and check regularly.
·          熟悉和掌握消防、监控系统设备的标准操作和检查正常运行状态。
·          Handle every alarm signal from fire control center systems. Finish every standard procedure within the time stipulated.
·          认真处理消防、监控中心各系统设备发出的每一个报警信号，并在规定的时间内按标准完成各项消警或接报警程序的操作。
·          Responsible for regular maintenance and equipment operation check of fire systems and CCTV systems. Timely report, if the equipments  broken down.
·          作好消防系统及监控系统设备的正常测试日常保养工作，发现设备故障及时报修和报告。
·          Know well the distribution of the hotel fire equipment, maintaining, checking regularly, always be on the alert.
·          熟悉酒店的消防器材分布点，定期作好保养、检测工作，以保持戒备状态。
·          Record the daily job hand-over.
·          作好每天的交接班情况记录。
·          Should any unusual incident happened, report to the supervisor or security captain. Also, ask for help from the nearby security guard.
·          对当值期间发现的异常情况要及时上报主管或保安领班，并通知邻近岗位保安员进行协防。
·          Know well hotel fire emergency plan & job responsibilities, on sighting the fire.
·          熟悉酒店消防应急预案，和火灾发生时的职责。
·          COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES商业职责
·          Operate fire control system according to the standard operation.
·          认真仔细地按标准操作酒店消防监控设备。
·          Confidentiality through the work.
·          酒店用于治安防范的技术装备和管理制度属对外保密范围不得泄漏。
·          HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILIES人事职责
·          Have a mutual understanding, supporting help with colleagues.

RELATIONS & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES工作关系和法律责任
·          Report directly to the Fire Supervisor. Report to the Security Supervisor or Security Captain when the Fire Supervisor is not available.
·          直接向消防主管负责，同时在当班消防主管不在时接受保安主管或领班领导。
·          Attend regular meetings and training on a periodical basis.
·          认真准时参加部门例会和各项培训。
·          Reflect reasonable suggestion and idea through the work.
·          定期反映合理化建议和工作中的想法。
·          Obey the law and put it into operation.
