Job Summary:
1.To provide the warmest greeting to eachguest and seek opportunities to continually improve guest service. To providepersonalized and prompt service to all Loyalty Readiness and VIP guests from arrival to departure. Assist guests to ensure that they receive utmostcare during their stay. Coordinates withall concerned departments to fulfill guest needs.
2.To ensure smooth andefficient operation of the assigned venue. Operate the venue as a business unitas per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, inorder to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financialtargets, training and high employee morale.
3.Ensureall associate understand and carry out the tasks according to the SOP.
4.Assist with thePlanning and implementation of sales & Marketing Strategies.
5.Goodcommand of beverage knowledge.
6.GoodKnowledge of Wines, Spirits and Cocktail Recipes.
7.Implementbeverage service skill.
8.Managethe delivery of high quality service to guests.
9.Deliverhigh quality service to guests.
10. Ensureguest needs and reasonable requests are met.
11. Seekopportunities to continually improve guest service.
12. Abideby the Luxury Collection Guest Satisfaction System
13. Establishand maintain effective guest relations.
14. Demonstrateeffective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining aprofessional approach and image.
15. Communicatewith guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
16.Takeappropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
17. ExcellentEnglish skills(Verbal and written).
18.Computer literacy,including spreadsheet software.
