问候、接待客人并协助做好入住登记
确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求，适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务
确定客人抵达和离店的详情，并安排车辆接送、行李搬运及其他服务要求
岗位要求
持有酒店业相关专业证书
熟练的电脑操作技巧,熟悉Opera/Fidelio系统
1年以上国际品牌酒店前厅接待员工作经验
Job Description
Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate
Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests
Employee Specification
Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable
Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office. Knowledge of Opera/Fidelio desirable
Minimum 1 years work experience as Guest Service Officer in an international hotel
