3。服从上司的指令和工作安排，熟悉本部岗位的任务与要求，认真贯彻执行安全岗位职责，做好本职工作，确保酒店安全
4。处理在酒店内发生的非常事故，并协助酒店各部门处理宾客或雇员的安全问题，要熟悉岗位的分布,爱护通信器材和岗位上的各种设施
5。严格遵守酒店各项规章制度，特别是安全保卫制度，执行交接班制度，上岗时不得擅离工作岗位，不准处理私事，确保安全
6。主动解决客人的要求并且追踪有关部门确保客人的要求得到满足
完成上级指派的其它工作

4. To deal with the extraordinary accidents in the hotel, and to assist the hotel departments in dealing with the safety problems of guests or employees, to be familiar with the distribution of posts, and to take care of the communication equipment and various facilities in the post
5. Strictly abide by all the rules and regulations of the hotel, especially the security system, implement the shift system, and don't leave the post without permission when on duty
6. Take the initiative to solve guest's requirement and follow up relevant department to ensure guest's requirement is satisfied
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior
