Position Summary职位概述: 
Oversees and facilitates the training and coaching of team members to be effective managers of the human resource within their areas of responsibility.  Provides the resource that can assists them in HR management.  Manages the Human Resources data for the hotel, and tracks the effectiveness of systems and programs.  Advises Director of Human Resources on strategic issues related to human resources.
督导并培训部门成员在各自的领域内成为合格的人事部专员，在人力资源管理方面为他们提供必要的资源帮助。管理酒店人力资源资料数据并跟踪系统程序的有效使用。及时向人力资源部总监汇报人事管理方面的重大事项。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：
1.	Fluent in written and spoken English.
英文书写及口语流利。
2.	Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
良好口头及书面沟通技巧。
3.	Good relationship with the local labor bureau and government agencies.
与本地劳动局及政府机关保持良好关系。
4.	Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws.
熟悉国家及本地法律。
5.	Thorough knowledge of salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll.
熟悉掌握工资、聘用及福利管理技巧。
6.	Must possess basic computational ability.
基本掌握计算机技能。
8.	Ability to manage by example.
具有以身作则的能力。
9.	Ability to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member and guest confidentiality at all times.
与所有员工保持良好关系，在任何时候保守员工及客人的机密。
10.	 Good skills of organization and presentation.
良好组织及展示技巧。

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求：
1.	University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学本科，良好的中英文读写能力。
2.	Minimum 5 years related working experience in hotel industry.
至少五年相关酒店工作经验。
3.	Minimum 2 years of extensive human resources experience.
至少两年相关人力资源管理经验。
