Primary Responsibilities 
• Prepare Monthly Development Report for internal reference and for reporting to Asia Pacific.
• Process development leads received via emails/phones on daily basis and delivering to development manager for a feasibility study.
• Provide full support to Executive Director & Vice President Development including analyzing data collection, PPT drafting, meeting preparations etc.
• Provide support to Development Directors on documentation and translations. Prepare and issue development related internal / external announcements such as Singing Notification, EPITOME etc.
• Work as Administration back-up once Executive Assistant to Executive Director & Vice President Development is on leave.
• Coordinate special events / tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor degree or above obtained.
• 2+ years’ experience of working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient user knowledge of Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Good English command, especially in written and verbal communication skills.
