l  Concierge Supervisor provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Concierge Departments in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Novotel Suzhou SIP.
礼宾部主管负责礼宾部所有的对客服务，根据诺富特酒店制定的目标，表现及标准，对礼宾部进行监督和领导。
l  If a guest request cannot be met, Concierge Supervisor must suggest and provide suitable alternatives.
如果客人的要求不能被满足, 礼宾部主管必须给客人相关建议和提供选择。
l  Concierge Supervisor must have a strong and extensive knowledge of the local area and of the resources available to our guests.

l  In addition Concierge Supervisor must always exercise sound judgment when acting on both the guest and the hotel behalf.
