【岗位职责】
1、负责VIP客人的全程接待与服务工作，包括但不限于餐饮安排、行程协调、特殊需求跟进等，确保提供高品质的个性化服务体验。
2、熟悉酒店餐饮服务流程，能够独立完成VIP客人的用餐预订、菜单推荐、酒水搭配及现场服务协调。
3、及时响应并处理VIP客人的投诉与建议，主动跟进后续改进措施，维护客户满意度。
4、与酒店各部门（如前厅、客房、餐饮等）保持高效沟通，确保VIP服务流程无缝衔接。
5、定期整理VIP客人的偏好信息，建立并更新客户档案，为后续服务提供数据支持。
6、协助策划和执行VIP客人的专属活动或宴会，确保活动流程顺畅、服务细节到位。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2、2年以上高端酒店或餐饮行业VIP服务相关工作经验，熟悉高净值客户服务标准。
3、年龄25-35岁，形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备优秀的语言表达与沟通能力。
4、具备较强的服务意识与应变能力，能妥善处理突发情况并保持专业态度。
5、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据整理与分析能力。
6、能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末及节假日轮班。
