【岗位职责】 Job Responsibilities1、协助管事部经理开展管事部的日常运营与管理，确保符合酒店卫生标准。
Assist the Stewarding Manager in the daily operation and management of the Stewarding Department to ensure compliance with hotel hygiene standards.2、监督并指导下属员工正确使用清洗设备与化学药剂，控制物料消耗，降低运营成本。
Supervise and guide subordinates to properly use cleaning equipment and chemical agents, control material consumption and reduce operating costs.3、制定并执行餐具、器皿的盘点计划，及时补充损耗物品，保证餐厅与厨房供应充足。
Formulate and implement inventory plans for tableware and utensils, replenish damaged and lost items in a timely manner, and ensure adequate supplies for restaurants and kitchens.4、协调与餐饮部、厨房及其他相关部门的工作衔接，确保服务质量与工作效率。
【岗位要求】 Job Requirements
Coordinate work connections with the Food and Beverage Department, kitchen and other relevant departments to ensure service quality and work efficiency.1、具备酒店或餐饮行业管事部工作经验。
Have working experience in the stewarding department of a hotel or catering industry.2、熟悉各类餐具清洁设备及化学清洁剂的使用方法，了解食品安全与卫生规范。
Be familiar with the operation of various tableware‑cleaning equipment and chemical detergents, and understand food safety and hygiene regulations.3、具备一定的团队管理能力，能有效分配任务、激励员工并推动标准化作业。
Possess certain team‑management capabilities, able to assign tasks effectively, motivate employees and implement standardized operations.4、责任心强，工作细致，能够适应酒店行业弹性排班及高强度工作环境。
Strong sense of responsibility and careful in work; able to adapt to flexible scheduling and high‑intensity working environment in the hotel industry.5、良好的沟通协调能力，能灵活处理部门间协作问题。
Good communication and coordination skills, capable of flexibly handling cross‑departmental cooperation issues.
