岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1、 为宾客提供专业、个性化及前瞻性服务，确保客人拥有卓越的入住及离店体验。
Deliver professional, personalized and anticipatory service to guests for an excellent check-in and check-out experience.
2、 及时、礼貌地处理客人咨询。
Respond to guest enquiries promptly and politely.
3、 熟练掌握酒店设施、本地景点、餐饮、购物及娱乐等信息。
Be familiar with hotel facilities, local attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment information.
4、 规范、细致地完成行李运送、寄存及交接工作。
Handle luggage delivery, storage and handover in a standard and meticulous manner.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1、 象清爽端正，体态良好
Neat and proper appearance with good posture.
2、 具有英语听说能力，有礼貌，性格外向，喜欢与人沟通
Good English listening and speaking skills, polite, outgoing and enjoy communicating with people.
3、 能站立工作，可以配合班次安排
Able to stand for long hours and work according to shift schedule.
4、 实习期：6–12 个月
Internship Duration: 6–12 months
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好
