We are currently looking for a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
 
Summary
 
It is the bartender’s responsibility to ensure the overall smooth operation of the bar. He or she needs to ensure that all mise-en-place is prepared and that all drinks are made from the best ingredients while following the standardized recipes. In addition to operational duties, the bartender is also the personality of the bar and needs to interact with guests and create memorable experiences. As with any food preparation, hygiene and sanitation is a critical focus and must always be adhered to. Ensuring proper cost control and inventory management is also needed for a successful bar.

工作概述
 
调酒员的职责是确保酒吧的正常运作，确保所有的工作物品准备妥善并且所有的饮料都遵循标准配方使用最好的配料制成。另外，调酒员也是显示酒吧个性的元素之一，需要和个人交流并且给客人留下难以忘怀的经历。如同其他食物准备一样，卫生是非常重要并且需要被严格遵守。确保合适的成本控制和仓库管理也是一个成功的酒吧所必须的。
