JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. Based in Hotel, to create and increase awareness and improve the revenue performance, with a primary focus on target market
以目标市场为重点，提升集团旗下各酒店销售业绩；
2. Represent and promote HOTEL in a professional manner at trade shows, golf tournament, sponsorship events, etc.;
代表集团出席各类展会等宣传活动，积极推广集团旗下酒店；
3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and distribution partners within various market segments;
在分市场内，与客户及合作伙伴建立并维护长期业务关系；
4. Plan and conduct direct outside sales calls daily;
计划和执行日常销售拜访；
5. Forecast, analyze and report sales and revenue results;
估算、分析、总结销售及收益成果；
6. Participate in the preparation and planning of the Annual Business Plan, departmental objectives;
参与制定年度商业计划及部门目标；
7. Based on market feedbacks and conditions, participate in the development/review of rate structures and conditions applicable to various market segments;
根据市场反馈，参与审核并调节分市场价格体系；
8. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required;
按要求准备周/月度/季度/年度工作汇报；
9. Establish good working relationships with property sales team and global sales team;
与旗下酒店销售团队，集团全球销售团队建立良好的协作关系；
10. Complete other assigned sales related responsibilities designed to improve the financial performance of the Hotel.  
完成提高集团旗下酒店销售业绩所需的其他工作。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格
1. Good command in English skills;
    英语口语及书面能力俱佳；
2. 2 years or above relevant working experience;
    2年以上相关工作经验；
3. Be a results-oriented, self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision;
    工作主观能动性强；
4. Be competent in a computer assisted work environment, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other popular software including social media network;
    熟练使用微软办公系列软件，擅长网络社交媒体操作；
5. Directly related experience in hospitality industry is preferred;
    拥有酒店行业背景者优先；
6. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Trade, Government and MICE sales preferred;
    熟悉公司、旅游社、政府、会展领域业务者优先；
7. Be willing to travel often and at times, at last minute notice.                                 
    能适应经常或临时安排的差旅任务。
