JOB SUMMARY
岗位描述
1. Responsible for performing all services provided by Spa including manicures, pedicures, facials, body treatments, massage, in a safe, clean and professional manner to guests and members. Provide uncompromised attention to guests and member service.
负责提供水疗的各项服务,包括美甲、修脚、美容、身体护理、按摩、蜡膜护理等, 以专业的态度为客人及会员提供安全、洁净的服务,并对他抱以无微不至的关心。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. Maintain a professional image at all times while dressing properly and speaking positively on behalf of the facility.
时刻保持专业的理念、穿着得体,谈吐适宜并谨记代表公司的形象。
2. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming. Must wear make-up conservatively and tastefully (Lipstick, Mascara and Foundation).
确保高标准的个人仪容仪表。穿着得体的工服并保持高雅的形象(口红、描眉、适当涂抹粉底)。
3. Act in accordance with Departmental Policies and procedure.
所有行为必须依照部门的规章制度。
4. To be completely aware of the Spa concept, Spa activities to promote these actively, and completely familiar with all of department facilities opening and closing hours as well as product and service offered.
完全了解水疗中心的经营理念,促销并协助促进这些活动,完全熟悉整个部门设施的营运时间和产品及提供的服务项目。
5. Ensure participate in daily/Weekly/monthly team meetings as scheduled by department management on time.
确保准时参加每日/每周/每月的会议。
6. Ensure all therapists administration is completed at the end of each day (Updates guest records, stock lists & the log book).
确保每天都完成理疗师所有的工作(更新客人档案,仓库清单和更新值班记录)。
7. Ensure that the Spa and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
始终确保水疗中心和周围区域干净整洁,有条理。
8. Ensure all the facilities are in peak condition at all times (operations, disinfection and cleanliness), and notify the Head Therapist if there are any maintenance or repair needs.
确保所有的设备设施在良好的状态(清洁,消毒且正常运转), 如有任何维修或保养需报告理疗师主管。
9. Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
监控营运用品并减少损失和浪费。
10. Ensure participate in ongoing training program for each time and ensure to sign and date training log once the treatment training is completed.
确保参与每一项培训课程并确保每一次培训完成后在培训纪录上签上姓名和日期。
11. Continually expand range of treatments you are qualified to deliver and strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practice and receiving of feedback.
不断地去扩展被认可的的护理范围并通过实践和收到的反馈来不断地努力提升护理的质量。
12. Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated and by treating all guests with individual attention.
始终如一地提供和完成超越客人期望的所有护理。
13. Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
始终提供友善,礼貌且专业的服务。
14. Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with Spa guests.
发展和维护与水疗中心客人的关系品质。
15. Must impart correct information & advise the guest on the various services/activities in the Spa.
必须告知正确的信息并建议客人在水疗中心享用不同的服务项目和设施。
16. Must keep order & hygiene in the treatment rooms and change linen used after every treatment and reset the room for next treatment at all times.
必须始终保持理疗室卫生且有条理并在每次护理结束后更换布草并为下一个护理设定房间。
17. Must be confident to explain and recommend all treatments on the menu.
必须有自信的解释并推荐菜单上的所有护理。
18. Ensure to read notes and guest history before commencing treatments.
确保在开始护理之前阅读客人的记录和资料。
19. Must escort guest to treatment rooms
必须护送客人去护理室。
20. Must be attentive and alert for any signs from the guest.
必须注意和客人有关的所有警惕的标记。
21. Must adhere to appointment timings and be able to advise the guest on the benefits of the treatments and homecare products.

22. Answer all questions related to services performed and products used.
应答所有与服务和产品相关的问题。
23. Responsible for promoting promotions to all guests and achieving monthly service and retail target.
有责任向所有的客人推荐促销活动并完成每月服务和零售品的业绩目标。
24. Ensure always be active & sensitive to any guest request. If you cannot solve a problem or answer a question, please contact your supervisor or manager.
确保经常主动察觉客人的要求。如果不能解决问题或回答问题,请联系主管或经理。
25. To politely refuse any improper request from a guest that could tarnish the image or jeopardize the Spa’s operation and would be termed as misconduct.

26. Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
27. Maintain good relationship with all of each team members.

29. Ensure the hotel’s Employee Handbook is read and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

1. More than one-year Spa experience working required.
