职位描述
- To ensure that Banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit center.确保将宴会厅成功管理成独立赢利中心.
- To co-ordinate the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements, in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.配合年度预算来确定部门的开支及收入目标,运作设备的需求,及相应的年度市场计划.
