销售总监（团队）
岗位概述：
1.	负责酒店的客房/餐饮销售达到设定目标
2.	协助市场销售总监做预算准备
3.	与市场保持密切联络以及客户关系管理
4.	监督销售部以确保所有每日工作得到及时完成
5.	市场销售总监不在店时作为部门经理的身份管理部门

Job Summary:
-	Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objective of the Resort.
-	Assists the DOSM plan and in budget preparation.
-	Represents and promotes the Resort by maintaining constant contact with market and the customer relationship management.
-	Supervisors the Sales department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
-	To act as the deputy of the DOSM in his / her absence.
