To manage responsible bars as successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with hotels standards.
岗位描述 Job Description:
1.管理每日开餐和收当存货量,监督服务水平和出品质量,确保所有品牌标准及品牌项目到位。
Conduct daily opening/closing inventory, oversee service level and product quality, ensure all brand standards and brand programs are in place.
2.更新酒单,提交月度推广计划、月度P&L报告、推广差评、客用报告、培训计划等,完成竞争对手的调查。
Update wine menu, submit monthly promotion plan, P&L and Expense report, promotion critique, amenity report, training schedule, ect. and finish competitor survey.
3.分配工作给下属并且实时的检查工作情况,每日班前开早会及与员工分享信息,控制和检查每日的运作。
Assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically, conduct pre-shift briefing to ensure information sharing, control and check daily operation.
4.完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大专或大专以上学历。
Diploma degree or above.
2.具有良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3.拥有1年及以上相同岗位工作经历优先。
More than 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
