岗位概述 Job Summary:
协助经理根据餐厅标准监督员工操作程序，保持对客提供高质量的餐饮服务，提高餐厅盈利和客户满意度。
Assist beverage manager in supervising host's operational procedures in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring the provision of high-quality dining services to guests, and enhancing the restaurant's profits and customer satisfaction.

岗位描述 Job Description:
1.专业地递上瑞吉饮料给我们的客人，并更新客人的喜好文档。
Interactionwith guests show casting The St. Regis beverage and service professionals toour guests, updating guest preferences and profiles.
2.管理和监督员工，负责菜单计划，成本核算和促销活动等。
Staffmanagement and supervision, menu planning,costing and promotions, etc.
3.执行分配的开档、关档工作，检查客户满意度，推动和保证客人的意见并积极反馈。
Performopening / closing duties as assigns, checkon guest satisfaction, pushfor guest comments and ensure positive feedback.
4.完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大专或大专以上学历。
Diploma degree or above.
2.具备扎实的饮料 - 葡萄酒，烈酒，咖啡，茶，鸡尾酒知识等。
Strong knowledge of Beverage - Wine, Spirits, Coffee, Tea, Cocktails, etc.
3.拥有1年及以上相同岗位工作经历优先。
More than 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
