岗位概述 Job Summary:
康乐主管-儿童乐园：协助部门经理计划，组织和开展儿童乐园活动或户外活动，帮助并监督员工的日常工作，保持儿童乐园或户外营业点正常运作，协调处理客人投诉，并为客人创造完美的体验。
Assist the department manager to plan, organize and conduct kid's club or outdoor activities, responsible for the management of hosts, regulatory kid's club or outdoors daily operation work to provide perfect experience for the guests.

岗位描述 Job Description:
1.根据指导，执行策划、组织、开发和监督各项活动服务和设施管理。
According to the guidance, planning, organization, develop and oversee assigned various activities service and facilities management.
2.根据部门对工作任务的安排，负责部门员工考勤排班、日常操作与流程培训、租赁服务、仓库管理等。
According to the department's arrangement of work tasks, responsible for the attendance and shift scheduling of hosts, daily operation and process training, leasing services, warehouse management, etc.
3.组织活动，协调处理客诉，专业地与客人保持沟通交流，为客人创造完美的体验。
Organize activities, coordinate the handling of customer complaints, organizing activities, maintain professional communication with customers, and create perfect experience for them.
4.完成其他领导安排的工作任务。
Complete work tasks assigned by the leaders.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大专或大专以上学历；
Diploma degree or above.
2.持有救生证、红十字急救证书；
Having life-saving certificate, red cross first aid certificate.
3.拥有2年及以上相关岗位工作经历优先。
More than 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
