岗位概述 Job Summary:
负责厨房部门面包房面包类出品及其成本控制工作，如常见牛角包、丹麦包、法棍、吐司、冰面包、发面包、酥皮面包、碱水面包、贝果等。
Responsible for the production and cost control of bread products in the bakery section, such as common croissants, Danish pastries, baguettes, toast, ice bread, sourdough bread, puff pastry bread, alkali water bread, bagels, etc.

1. 负责面包房的出品，精通面包房出品，确保食品的高质量，完成所分配的工作。
Responsible for the production of the bakery, proficient in bakery production, ensuring the high quality of the food, and completing the assigned tasks.
2. 正确操作厨房设备，确保设备正常运转和操作安全，做好厨房的工具整理和卫生清洁。
Properly operate kitchen equipment, ensure its normal operation and operational safety, and keep the kitchen tools tidy and clean.
3. 正确的储存原材料、半成品、成品，合理使用，避免浪费。
Properly store raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, use them rationally and avoid waste.
4. 确保工作达到规定的标准并在规定的时间内完成。与部门同事良好的合作，了解酒店的设施、产品和服务。
Ensure that the work meets the specified standards and is completed within the stipulated time. Work well with colleagues in the department, and familiarize yourself with the hotel's facilities, products and services.
5.协助厨师长对当班员工进行指导和管理，参加酒店的各种培训，遵守酒店各项规章制度。
Assist the head chef in guiding and managing the staff on duty, participate in various training programs of the hotel, and abide by all the rules and regulations of the hotel.
6.与客人沟通，了解客人的喜好，记录对菜品的意见，并及时进行必要的调整，做到菜品不断推陈出新，保证出品质量，达到客人的要求。
Communicate with the guests, understand their preferences, record their opinions on the dishes, and make necessary adjustments promptly. Continuously innovate the dishes to ensure high quality of the offerings and meet the guests' requirements.

任职要求 Requirements：
1.中专或以上学历，同岗位工作经验优先，精通面包房出品制作。
College degree, preference will be given to those with relevant working experience in the same position, proficient in the production and preparation of bakery products.
2.有创新意识，吃苦耐劳。
Have an innovative mindset and be hardworking and resilient.
