Job Summary:
Preparesand cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs andgiven instructions.Assists the Sous Chef in training associates
Participatesin product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.Prepares and cooks food in all areasof the kitchen as and when directed.
Participates in the control of associates.Participates in associate’sdevelopment Participates in the control of food quality,food taste,foodpresentation,and food requisition.
Job Knowledge / Skill:
· Have a goodknowledge of Western cuisine to carry out the duties and responsibilities forthe position in an efficient and productive manner
· Must possess thenecessary skills to be able to work hands on, and provide on the job trainingto associates to meet the set standards
· At least has 4years kitchen experience in 5 star Hotel at supervisor level
