Job Summary
职责概述
This position is responsible for planning, development and implementation of business plan including branding, marketing communications, loyalty program, revenue management, central reservation and national sales in Poly Hotels Management Company. Oversees implementation of the sales & marketing strategy and action plan of own managed brand hotels to ensure they are aligned with corporate marketing objectives. Monitors business situation of entrusted management brand hotels from owner perspective by visiting the properties, communicating with Owner Representatives and the related EXCOM team, reviewing the related reports at regular basis to provide feedback and suggestion. Support Business Development team to provide market business forecast as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the company sales and marketing strategy and process implementation, by leading the sales and marketing team and hotel sales and marketing network.

2. Take the lead on continuous refinement of company's current sales process and global/national distribution channels, in effort of creating a stable and healthy sales pipeline.

3. Coach and lead key revenue generating roles in developing effective sales and revenue management strategies and setting aggressive goals that will drive sales performance of the company and hotels.
指导重要的创收团队成员制定有效的销售和收益管理策略,制定积极的目标,以推动保利酒管和旗下酒店的销售业绩表现。
4. Create effective structures, processes, tasks and performance management systems are in place, in order to strengthen and motivate sales efforts.

5. Provide the needs of the talent in key roles and collaborate with Human Resource (HR) on talent acquisition strategy to attract talent and enhance talent retention.

6. Manage annual budget of Sales & Marketing to enable development of corporate office specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet company objectives.
管理商务发展中心年度预算,确保推动收入以及符合公司目标的相关本级发展的活动,推广,以及展示的计划到位。
7. Identify, train and mentor the team by utilizing all available on the job training tools.
利用现有的培训工具帮助团队发现问题,训练技能,引导成长。
8. Involve and make decision on sales target and incentive policy, brand marketing activities and promotion plan, revenue management standard, central reservation guidelines, loyalty program plan and execution to be aligned with corporate development objectives.
参与并决策销售目标和奖励政策,品牌市场活动和促销推广计划,收益管理标准,中央预订指引以及忠诚会员计划和实施,确保各个方面符合公司的发展目标。
9. Provide market intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends at monthly basis that may lead to adjustments in sales strategy to be competitive in the market.

10. Review monthly report (STAR) by city and revenue related reports in Brandwisdom to maintain an awareness of the hotels market position and give feedback and comment on sales strategy of the property when necessary.
查阅来自STR按城市划分的月报以及慧评网相关的收益管理报告,保持对各个酒店的市场定位,并在需要的时候针对酒店的销售策略给出意见和建议。
11. Keep communication with sales and marketing in hotel management group for entrusted management hotels and ensure they are aware the hotels are on right track to achieve annual revenue budget.
保持和委托管理酒店的管理集团市场销售负责人,确保集团管理酒店实现年度收入预算。
12. Attend monthly operation meeting with hotels and other corporate colleagues and visit the properties once a year to get to know the property situation and provide comments for improvement.

13. Suggest innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.

14. Participate in sales and media calls to key business partners with Sales team and Marketing team to understand their needs and market information from different angle.
参与销售人员和市场人员的重要客户以及媒体拜访活动从而了解他们的需求以及不同视角的市场信息。
15. Maintain successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for corporate office.
通过开源节流,为本级提供投资回报率来体现成功的表现。
16. Determine the corporate and hotel brand strategy of development, management and marketing promotion with corporate development objectives in order to increase the brand awareness and bring the value for Business Development to negotiate the projects.

Requirement of Qualifications and Experience
资格与经历要求
1. Bachelor degree and above.
大学本科或以上学历。
2. Minimum 8 years of hotel sales & marketing leader experiences.
至少8年以上酒店市场销售的领导工作经验。
3. Expect business travel, when needed
在需要的时候,可以接受商务出差。
4. Confident and mature with strong management skills
自信,成熟和强有力的管理能力。
5. Strong analytical skills with backup data support
具有通过数据支持的逻辑分析能力。
6. High degree of ethical values when conducting business

7. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
