Is accountable for overseeing Restaurant by providing leadership and overall supervision to staff while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating in the established budgets and goals.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
1. The F&B Manager reports to the Assistant Director or Director of Food and Beverage and supervises the F&B staff.
2. Provide leadership and support for Restaurant and Bar colleagues.
3. To liaise with the Training Manager on departmental learning and development needs.
4. Meet and greet all VIPs and influential clients and ensure there is follow-up on all discussed details.
5. Maintain a team of well-trained and motivated colleagues to deliver a high level of service according to Group’s and international luxury hotel standards.
6. To encourage proactive, efficient, and effective inter-departmental communication to promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.
7. To ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance with the standards and procedures manual and the Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) as well as our MO PILLARS.
8. Identify areas for improvement in service and food & beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports, guest comment cards and guest incident reports, and formulate action plans.
9. Plan menus, prices and promotional events for Restaurant and Bar in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
10. Create side work schedules for all positions. Ensure compliance and follow through.
11. Ensure profitability, efficiency and creativity in the Restaurant and Bar.
12. Train, evaluate and schedule of Restaurant and Bar colleagues in accordance with the standards of the company policies and guidelines.
Job Requested:
1. Minimum 5 years food & beverage working experience in luxury hotel of which at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
3. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
4. Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Highly responsible & reliable.
6. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
7. A proven track record of success in a similar role, showing you have the capability to build customer loyalty and guest satisfaction, delivering, profit and controlling costs.
