Overview:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Purchasing management team. Some responsibilities include creating purchase orders, processing invoices, tracking payments, budget maintenance, billing of monthly fees and assisting the management team overall. This would also include assisting with updating the monthly orders and reviewing order history for procurement compliance among the brand.
Responsibilities:
• Place, follow up and monitor of progress status of all purchasing orders.
• Track & manage purchase order delivery, push supplier to solve delivery delay to assure on time delivery.
• Coordinate with finance department for purchasing related matters such as applying for payment, processing incoming invoices.
• Organize, maintain and keep proper filling and record of procurement document and reports.
• Conduct performance evaluation on suppliers/ responsible for supplier performance in all quality aspects, eg. Product, service & support and on-time-delivery.
• Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement.
• Identify suppliers and maintain supplier relations.
• Engage in negotiation and administration of pricing agreements and supplier contracts for optimal terms.
• Work towards naked’s strategies, goals and objectives.
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of procurement experience in hospitality, leisure, or related industry
• Good knowledge of hospitality procurement
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Familiar with purchasing module system and process
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred
Education/Certifications:
• College degree or equivalent working experience
