职位描述 Job description
1.非常熟悉锅炉设备的正常操作规程，具备小修、清理保养、工况调整的基本技能，消灭锅炉房区、热交换器区和洗衣房区的水、蒸汽管道跑、冒、滴、漏。
Be very familiar with standard operational procedures of boiler equipments, possess the basic techniques for repair of minor malfunctions, cleaning, maintenance, and adjustment, make sure that the water and steam pipes in boiler room, heat exchanger room, and laundry room are not smoking, dripping or leaking. 
2.熟悉国家、锅检所的所有锅炉安全操作管理法规，Be very familiar with National and Boiler Examination Bureau safe operation management regulation.
3.定时准确地记录锅炉及配套设备运行数据，每日定时记录锅炉和厨房天然气消耗和酒店进户水表读数。确保锅炉房区和各类设备的整洁。
Periodically record the operating data of boilers and assisting equipments, record meters of boiler, kitchen gas consumption, and water supply everyday. Make sure boiler room and all equipments are clean.
4.有良好的应急处理能力，熟知紧急停炉预案。
Capable to deal with emergencies, familiar with emergency scenario when it is needed to stop boiler operation.
5.该岗位为塔二筹备酒店岗位。

任职要求 Qualification
1.正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。
Technical vocational institute training in general lisenced boiler systems repairs &maintenance.
