Responsibilities
工作职责
1. Regularly inspect each outlet and machinery house every day and understand the operation progress of the facilities. If there is something matter, give a feedback to the department and report to the General Manager.
每天定期巡查各营业点、机房，掌握设备运行动态，发现问题及时反馈部门，并上报总经理。
2.According to hotel’s regulations, take part in related meetings of the administrative authorities, passing on all kinds of spirits.
按规定参加酒店管理当局有关会议，切实传达各种精神。 
3.Regularly report the weekly and monthly work summary to General Manager. 
规定时间向总经理汇报每周和每月工作总结。 
4.Establish all kinds of operation process of main equipment and insure the running of the equipment can meet hotel standard. 
建立健全各种主要设备的运行和操作程序，确保整个工程部设备的运转遵循酒店的标准。 
5.According to group’s requirements, establish and keep the all-round maintenance plan of all equipments and systems.
根据集团的要求，为酒店所有的设备和系统建立并保持一个全面的维修计划。
 
Qualification
岗位要求
1.Previous service experience an asset.
有酒店行业工作经验优先考虑；
2.Good communication & interpersonal skills
具有良好的沟通能力和人际关系处理技巧 
3.Highly responsible & reliable.
