1.Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
熟悉所有与前台相关的活动，如接待、办理入住和退房手续、给客人安排客房、外汇业务以及协助处理客人的问询等。
2.Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.
随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人，并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字。
3.Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.
主动建立并维护与客人的关系，超前满足客人需求。
4.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
5. Able to read and write English.
能够读写英语。
6.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
7.Endeavors to maintain the high standards of the hotel with particular regard to the importance of TLH Loyalty Program member and other VIP’s and with reference to hotel and to be a health or safety hazard.
