Buyer - Food (采购员-食品类)
Report to: Purchasing Manager
Location: BeijingChina
 
岗位职责：
1.负责华北地区员工餐厅项目点食品采购的日常工作
2.负责采购数据核对、成本分析以及供应商管理
3.协助采购经理完成年度的KPI 目标
4.100%服从康帕斯管理操作规范流程（HSE\CBC\SOP）
5.按时完成定采购部内部相关报表，如市调报表、竞标报表、销售报表等
6.开发符合康帕斯要求的供应商（HSE 、VAT）
 
Overall Purpose of the Role
？ To purchase safe products and/or services whilst negotiating great commercial and robust terms and conditions. To deliver great products and services by developing strong supplier relationships. To develop and implement market leading category strategies which enable our operational colleagues to innovate, win and retain great business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Ensures the safe and ethical sourcing of great products and services. To understand and promote the safe, ethical, environmental and local credentials of category, products and/or services.
? Understand the principle of category management. Develop category plans with ambition and vision. Outperform, year-on-year, against cost base reduction targets. Negotiate optimum product costs with suppliers.
? Work with stakeholders to improve compliance to purchasing solutions.
? Source products and services that enable labor efficiencies.
? Set supplier business plans with ambition and vision with specific performance targets for suppliers.
? Identify and address categories where existing policies are unnecessarily inflating above unit costs.
? Identify and address unproductive activities and process inefficiencies.
? Implement DC and related supplier management SOP.
? Ensure Navision / APL &ASL management with right data for ERP / IT team.
? Market leading product and service innovation that differentiates us in our chosen markets. Monitor and communicate market trends to key stakeholders.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
● University graduate
● 3+ purchasing or buyer experience in FMCG. Category knowledge and experience. Strong buying pedigree.
● Previous experience in a large company with a diverse customer base and wide service offering.
● Prior experience of change programs to deliver supply chain benefits.
● Understands the principles of category management. Develops category plans with ambition and vision.
● Ambitious high performer with excess enthusiasm, energy and resilience.
● Highly commercial, strong negotiator, exceptional communicator and influencer at all levels.
● Clear communication skill and performance and influencer skill to work with colleagues.
● Willingness to learn and pressure taking to ensure task done in time.
● Teamwork player - works in partnership with others to achieve individual and team objectives.
● Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
● High standard of literacy skills.
● Proven track record in planning, organization and time management.
● Can Do attitude.
