岗位职责
1. 协助经理计划、组织和实施促销活动；
2. 准备每日的银行和现金流动报告，监督现金操作和银行程序；
3. 建立和指导员工执行现金安全程序；
4. 保证所有卖出的产品都正确纪录在账单上，确保所有项目都正确核算，向客人收取该收的费用；
5. 设计一个破损的计划，将经营用具的损失减少到最小；
6. 协助确定培训需要，计划培训内容；
7. 按照年度培训计划参与指导培训，以保证所有员工具备相应的服务技能；
8. 监督酒吧的服务工作，保证服务标准、产品质量和给予培训的指导；
9. 保证服务员按照要求迎宾，酒吧接待区域干净整洁，正确记录预定信息；
10. 检查客人的满意度和处理适当的客人反馈及跟踪到底；
11. 确保所有的食品及酒水摆台正确，新鲜、诱人，并保证所有的摆台都符合经营方针的标准；
12. 负责酒吧所有运作资产物品的维护和管理。
岗位要求
1.至少两年酒吧工作经验，至少一年国际联号酒店同等职位的工作经验；
2.掌握食品酒水基础知识；
3.良好的仪容仪表，自信沉着；
4.掌握基本日常英语，基本电脑知识和操作技。
