1.3年以上酒店餐饮宴会相关工作经验；
2.确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务；
3.确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务；
4.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题 得到圆满解决与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的互动接触；
5.与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系；
6.客户有需求时，确保我们的员工（服务）总是随时能找得到的，员工总是热情地提供优质服务；
7.愿意接受轮班工作；
8.英语熟练。
Job Descriptions
1.At least 5 year similar working Event Service experience;
2.Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times;
3.Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate;
4.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily;
5.Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships;
6.Ensure our associates (service) are always reachable while it is needed by customers and show passion and enthusiasm to provide our authentic service;
7.Accepts to take shift work;
8.Proficiency in English.
