岗位职责
1.在规定时间内做好区域卫生，检查吧台所有设备运行是否正常。
2.开班前检查头天营业所剩酒水的数目，并根据所需及时补充货源。
3.熟悉酒吧内所有酒水的货源、牌子及产地并知其口味，懂得其储藏方式，饮用方式以及鸡尾酒的调制方法。
4.随时注意吧台内所有用具的清洁卫生，必须保证干净、无破损、无污点。
5.出品时要保证快速、准确、高质量。
6.前吧应于顾客积极交流并保持好良好的关系，尽量了解熟悉顾客的姓名喜好等个人信息以便更周到的为客人服务。
7.严格执行见单出货的要求，杜绝酒水出货时的的差错。
8.前吧人员须确保花式调酒的高质量，以达到提升经营氛围的效果。
9.下班前认真清点当日营业所剩酒水的数目并做好记录(盘点存货)，根据经营预测提出第二天的酒水申购数量，并将吧台内清洁做干净，一切恢复正常后方可下班。
岗位要求
1.具有良好的沟通能力、亲和力、语言表达能力强；
2.具有一定的酒水、咖啡调制等吧台出品技能；
3.形象好，能够按酒店规定的服务程序与标准，为宾客提供优质的服务。
年龄要求：18-32岁
