1. 熟练掌握酒单、饮料单及其他饮料的知识，按统一的标准调制、准备酒精饮料和软饮料。
2. 听取点单和服务酒水; 准备、递呈帐单; 收取款额。
3. 必须使酒吧饮品合理循环使用。先进的饮品首先出。定期检查, 冰箱内最底下或积压饮品首先使用, 以避免饮料过期的现象, 造成不必要的浪费。
4. 清洁和摆设酒吧物品及设备; 将各种酒瓶放置于正确的位置; 在其当班时制作装饰。
5. 清洗并擦亮玻璃用品和其他餐具。
6. 和成本控制办公室共同盘点酒吧物品。做好营业结束前各类报表登记工作,认真统计每天饮料出售数和剩余结存数,开出领货申请单补充饮料数。按规定底数控制饮料的领用,必须做到每天出售多少饮品,补充同样数量。
