1.关注宴会时间, 日期, 地点, 客人人数的改变, 安排员工服务。
2.负责所有座位安排表, 保证餐前准备的充分, 提前检查管事部的准备工作。
3.协助其助手或员工摆台,清洁。
4.负责重要人物的宴会, 密切注意他们的任何需要。
5.负责宴会厅厨房的正常运作, 与行政总厨联系以确保出品。
6.在宴会后确认所有的宴会帐单已经结清并显示在帐目上。
7.掌握餐厅服务的标准和要求，了解宴会、会议服务程序，善于处理各类客人的实际问题。
8.具有较强的语言表达能力，善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工工作。
