岗位职责
1.负责车队的管理工作；
2.熟知酒店一切规章制度、政策和程序，并保证在本部门得以实施；
3.负责车队员工的安排，检查、督促员工严格按照工作规范和质量要求实现优质服务；
4.负责组织对车队司机的在职培训，使其在语言和服务规范度上达到酒店的要求；
5.确保车队个人卫生标准和仪容仪表达到酒店各方面的要求。
岗位要求
1、持B1以上驾驶证；2、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；
3、完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；3、有星级酒店同岗位工作经验。
