ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职责:
1.Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the GM in meeting strategic goals.

2.Participate in the development and implementation of policies for the department and hotel.参与制定和实施酒店及部门的政策
3.Plans and develops marketing strategies and promotion plans with Marcom and Revenue Manager.
与市场传媒和收益经理计划和发展营销策略以及促销计划
4.To achieve revenue goals by developing and implementing proper sales and marketing strategies.
实现收入目标的发展以及实施适当的销售和营销策略
5.Develop a fact base regarding trends in the external environment that may affect sales.
开发一个可以影响销售趋势的外部环境
6.Design a system to obtain data from market place which can be instrumental in developing new sales strategies – competitive activities and developments.
设计系统从市场获取数据,可以帮助开发新的销售策略——竞争性活动和发展
7.To understand the market, its trends and changes, explore opportunities for competitive advantage to yield one’s fair share of the market.
了解市场趋势和变化,探索机会扩大竞争优势，从而获取一个公平的市场份额
8.To analyze opportunities, select realistic objectives, develop, implement and control effective strategies and sales plans.
对现有营销机会进行分析, 选择现实的目标, 制定,实施和控制的有效策略和销售计划
9.Assessing selling opportunities within the Sales and Catering capacity, work with and assist with other portfolios i.e. F&B through marketing channels, Public Relations campaigns to the corporate sectors, on F&B promotions or other similar promotions from other portfolios/departments.
根据客房和餐饮容量评估销售机会，同其他部门配合协作，如餐饮部一起扩大市场渠道，与市场传讯部一起发展公司业务，同其他部门进行餐饮促销或其他促销。
10.Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
监测和评价当下的销售计划和趋势。
