1、根据酒管公司发展战略，制定品牌营销及新媒体配套方案，进行市场发展跟踪和
策略调整，负责数字营销、新媒体的运作与管理；
2、整合资源，开拓新市场，发展新客户，组织制定公司年度经营计划及下属年度
目标，保证各项工作符合公司年度经营目标要求；
3、负责公司整体资源的协调和管理，确保各项目的有效推进，负责制定宣传推广计划、
促销活动、开业活动等的策划与实施；
4、建立酒店管理公司的品牌矩阵和运营机制，使品牌形成良好的发展趋势，使公司能够顺利、高效地扩张;
5、负责公司所属品牌及产品广告策略的拟定、建议、执行监督及效果评估；
	6、统筹企业网站、博客、新媒体等网络平台的规划、管理及执行，开拓媒体的合作机会等；
7、统筹市场相关的品牌活动的策划和执行，支持宣传相关策划、创意及执行；
	8、负责公司自媒体系统开发、运营及品牌文化输出。
 * 任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、公共关系、新闻传播等专业；
2、3年或以上品牌管理、广告、媒体公司、市场等相关工作经验；
3、专业品牌管理和推广、大型活动营销、策划和执行、媒体和公共关系传播等工作经验；
4、优秀的业务拓展能力、组织协调能力及跨部门协调能力。

Job description:
1. According to the development strategy of the hotel management company, formulate the supporting plan of brand marketing and new media, track the market development and adjust the strategy, take charge of the operation and management of digital marketing and new media.
2. Integrate resources, develop new markets, develop new customers, organize the formulation of the company's annual business plan and subordinate annual targets,ensure that all work meets the requirements of the company's annual business objectives.
3. Responsible for the coordination and management of the company's overall resources, to ensure the effective promotion of various projects, responsible for the development of publicity and promotion plans, promotional activities, opening activities and other planning and implementation.
4. Establish the brand matrix and operation mechanism of the hotel management company, make the brand form a good development trend, so that the company can expand smoothly and efficiently.
5. Responsible for the formulation, suggestion, implementation supervision and effect evaluation of the company's brand and product advertising strategies.
6. Coordinate the planning, management and implementation of corporate websites, blogs, new media and other network platforms, explore media cooperation opportunities.
7. Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing related brand activities, support the publicity related planning, creativity and execution.
8. Responsible for the company's we-media system development, operation and brand culture output.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above,marketing, public relations,journalism and communication  is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in brand management, advertising, media company, marketing, etc.
3. Professional experience in brand management and promotion, large-scale event marketing, planning and execution, media and public relations communication, etc.
4. Excellent business development ability, organization and coordination ability ,cross-departmental coordination ability.
